I have been receiving notifications for person detected, but when I look at the video, no one is there. This only happens at night (when it is dark outside) and it has happened multiple times. I do want to receive notifications, but only if there is a person there. How do I fix it?

Hi @Zeek1. Do you have People Only Mode enabled? Occasionally when in People Only Mode, light reflection, as from an outside window, can activate motion detection. If you’re getting a lot of unwanted notifications look for reflective surfaces that may be shining light onto your device. Alternatively, you can turn off the People Only Mode setting and see if that works better for you, as everyone’s home is different and it may take some trial and error to find the settings that work best for your home.
Maybe it’s our outside lights shining on my car and reflecting back. And yes I think I do have people only mode on. Thanks for your reply.
