Receiving notifications but video won't load

I'm receiving notifications on my phone but when I click on it the video will not load. And when I try to go into Live view the video will not load. I've tried resetting my router and resetting my Ring and it will work for a few hours but then eventually the same problem keeps happening.

You'll find a list of troubleshooting tips and tricks to help you narrow down what may be impacting the Live View on your Ring device. You'll also want to review your Ring device's [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) to ensure it's receiving a strong and stable connection.
