I’m receiving notifications on my phone but when I click on it the video will not load. And when I try to go into Live view the video will not load. I’ve tried resetting my router and resetting my Ring and it will work for a few hours but then eventually the same problem keeps happening.

You’ll find a list of troubleshooting tips and tricks to help you narrow down what may be impacting the Live View on your Ring device. You’ll also want to review your Ring device’s RSSI to ensure it’s receiving a strong and stable connection.
