Hi I’m trying to set up 2 ring devices but it tells me they are registered to someone else I contacted the guy again and he deleted the 2 ring devices from the App I hate to keep bothering them but what else do I need to do to set these up???
Hi @Rhess11. You may possibly need to give the device some time to be remove from the system completely, so I advise to wait 24 hours and then try to attempt another setup. In the instance that the setup fails, an email with be sent to the previous owner, alerting them to remove the device fully. If this persists, you can have the owner reach out to our support team at 1-800-656-1918 if they need assistance in removing the devices!
