Now when I say REACTIVATE I don’t mean RECONNECT to the wifi.
I figured I could solve some connection issues by deactivating it and reactivating it via app but the reactivate process seems tricky.
Please help,.I’m ready to give up on this damn thing.
Hi @A.Ochoa. If your Doorbell is no longer active, follow the steps mentioned in this Help Center article to reconnect it to your wifi.
that is because once you deactivate the camera you need to start from the beginning by setting it up
