Ring pro does not stay on the network. Do I send it back to the store? Not pleased with performance of the produxt
Having the same issue. I installed 2 Ring Pro doorbells a couple of days ago, and they worked fine for about a day, and now they keep disconnecting! I get an alarm for motion, by the time I open it freezes (activating) and them turns on, sometimes it took over 15 seconds to open, and sometims I had to restart my phone to make them work!. I use them with x2 Ring chime, and my router is less that 8 ft of both. I have 2 security camera, and I am thinking not to install them.
