Spent 40 minutes on the phone with ring after our doorbell stopped connecting to wi-fi, still no solution. We just spent 50 bucks for ring basic protect.
Sorry to hear about this @lenny65! The first thing I recommend is trying a new setup from scratch in the Ring app. At the “connect to your wifi” step, select your 2.4 Ghz wifi ssid, and enter your wifi password to connect. It’s important to make sure the device is entering setup mode, which will be indicated by the LEDs on the Doorbell or even an audible “setup mode” announcement.
