Hi @user29425. If you are seeing recordings you cannot play in your history, try the following steps:
Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.
Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength.
Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
