Video doorbell 2 quit working on the same day it did a firmware update. It is hard wired, battery is full, white lights work and inside alarm when button is pushed, but nothing else, it wont reset from reset button quick push or long hold.
Hey @Boliver6, is the device currently online or offline? If it is offline, try going through the main menu > Devices > Ring Video Doorbell 2 > Device Health > Reconnect to wifi and see if that helps bring it back online and functioning!
