Hello there, Just had my motion sensor installed, but no matter it is in Home or Away mode and the sensor detected motion, the alarm never sounded. Am I getting anything wrong？ Really appreciate your help.
Hi there, @natoout! It sounds like you are doing everything correctly here. When armed in a mode (home/ away), if the motion detector detects motion to trigger the mode change, it should certainly sound the Alarm. Please double check on your entry/ exit delays, as there can be a countdown before the Alarm sounds. I recommend also ensuring the Motion Detector is not bypassed or excluded from the mode.
