I just installed my home with the Flood Light Camera Pro all around. The electricians installed all of them before I was able to figure out which QR code belongs to which Camera. Is there an easy way to get around this issue in the App? I have ALL the QR codes and packaging. First time Ring user–recovering Alro User…thanks!
Hi @nestani. For the in-app setup process, you will need to access each Camera to press the setup button in order to put it into setup mode. In this case, you may need to keep all the QR codes with you and try each one when you go around to set up each Floodlight Cam. Otherwise, you’d need to access the back of each Camera to scan it directly.
