Bought ring floodlight wired plus on ebay.
Used.
Recieved today but no qr code on unit no stickers at all with pin nor barcode.
Have no box or manual.
Seller telling me to contact ring.
But will ring do anyhelp? Should seller provide my all codes surley. I cannot connect to my app without codes.
Hi @lesiouk. The Floodlight Cam Wired Plus requires that you scan the QR code or enter the 5-digit pin code that is beneath the QR code. You will not be able to complete your setup without this, and Ring cannot retrieve these for you. The next best step would be to contact the eBay seller again and see what they can do for you.
I did something similar but not from eBay. The seller is no longer available. The code pealed off so this is a faulty label. The company shouldn’t sell products that require access to a label that peals off.

Hey could the qr code be recovered providing the serial number for the device ?
