My door bell is battery operated and also push button. It will go off on its own at random times maybe once a month give or take and no one is there. When I go on the app no one is at the door or has been at the door. Why does this happen?
Hi @user80452. If your Doorbell is randomly ringing on its own and it has recordings of a ring with no one ringing it, factory reset your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
