My video on my doorbell camera is now a shade of purple. I’ve reset the unit and power cycled the unit with no success. Is there anything else to try?

Not yet. Tried a hard reset and no luck. I think my IR filter is stuck.
Resetting your Camera is a great step. You can power cycle the Camera (powering off for a moment, then back on), or reset it by holding the Camera’s setup button for 20 seconds.
