Hi @OK2. The siren does not automatically go off, as it must be manually activated within the Ring App. As we value our neighbors’ feedback, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your feature!
As for the People Only Mode, some neighbors have found more success with turning this feature off rather than having it on. If you find that you’re receiving too many alerts, you may want to try toggling it off and seeing how the motion detection works for you then. If this concern continues to persist, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a deeper look at your device and help you fine-tune the settings.
