Protection plan billing errors

I subscribed, yesterday, to a Basic Protection Plan for my Video Doorbell 2 - that was August 15, 2023, I chose yearly billing and was charged $39.95. My plan status shows that I will owe another $39.95 in January, which is not even 6 months away. Looking at Billing History, I find that I’m still being billed for a protection plan for the original Video Doorbell which no longer even works and has been offline for well over two years. I can’t seem to get any help from the support staff and am ready to cancel the plan that I subscribed to yesterday.

So why is it continuously trying to charge me as I renew the subscription and then literally within the next two weeks this is the third time it is done this to wear a size charging me two or three times within a month but then what the hell and how do I fix it and how do I talk to a live person don’t chat or even have them call because this is absolutely absurd
