I am unable to subscribe to a protect plan for my ring doorbell. I log in to my account and choose a plan but when I get to the payment window, it is frozen and I cannot type information. Same happens if I try to add a card to my account. Product is not much use without this service. Nobody to speak to on the support line it’s all automated. Very frustrating!
