Hi, i have been paying for the protect plan each month, have moved house and setting cameras up, now the account not connected with the plan but still taking out money for the plan each month and show payment method on the account each month but not connected to each other?
Hi @user75786. Your Ring Protect plan shouldn’t have been impacted from moving. If you removed your devices from the Ring app and then set them back up, that may have caused a problem. I’d recommend getting in touch with our support team to review this further. We do not have access to account or billing information here on the Community, but our support team can look into this concern with you.
