Hi @mikeyd1321. If you have added a new Doorbell or Camera, it will come with a Ring Protect Trial, regardless of whether you have a plan already. The message will stop appearing once that trial expires. If this is not the case, reach out to our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) to further investigate. In the Community, we do not have access to account information to further assist.
