Does anyone else have problems with their Pro Ring Doorbell? It appears to be connected to the the internet as I’m receiving motion notifications but everytime the door bell is pressed it loses connection to the WiFi and doesn’t respond to the chime or apps so I don’t know when someone is at the door. It’s worked ok for 3 years
Hi @user26236. If your Pro is losing connection to your wifi, try the following steps:

Verify your Pros’ signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.

Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and reconnecting it.
