Problems with streaming

Hi I bought my stick up camera 6 months ago and everything was perfect on the beginning but now for last 3-4 weeks I’ve been having problems with connection.
I’ll get notifications when there’s a movement but I can’t stream.

Hey @Marta1. What does the error message look like when you try to load the Live View? You may need to reboot your router/reset the device (pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds) to help refresh the connection!
