problems with my product registration

Hello, I have had problems registering my doorbell as it sent me a message saying that the doorbell is registered to someone else. I would like to know what I can do?

Hi @Jcordero. Is this a new or used purchase? If your doorbell is registered to another user, this will first have to remove the doorbell from their Ring app before you can register it. This Help Center article here will outline this process. I hope this helps.
