Hi @Erika2. You can always check the [status page](https://status.ring.com/) whenever you have any concerns to help narrow down if it is a system issue or if there might be something else causing it. It looks like there aren't any status incidents so this may be a wifi or app concern. What is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) on your Doorbell? Are you able to access Live View on wifi or cellular data, or on a different smartphone or tablet?
