Is there any problem with the app today, my live video was working perfect yesterday and now it says it is not possible to connect live. Everything is working good, I checked all and i don’t find anything wrong.
Hi @Erika2. You can always check the status page whenever you have any concerns to help narrow down if it is a system issue or if there might be something else causing it. It looks like there aren’t any status incidents so this may be a wifi or app concern. What is the RSSI on your Doorbell? Are you able to access Live View on wifi or cellular data, or on a different smartphone or tablet?
