Hi, I am trying to install a ring camera and am getting stuck at a certain point, keep getting stuck at the same point. I can get the camera to connect to the app and then connect to the internet but then it cuts out the internet and has to reconnect. It always says there is a problem with the internet at that point.
I have tried resetting it, pressed down for 30 seconds, rebooted the router and nothing seems to have changed it. Is there anything else I can do or do I have to return the camera? Thanks
