Problem ring alarm + ring cameras with Exit delay

Hi there! Need help with this issue that I think can be fixed very quickly.

So currently I have my ring cameras linked with my ring alarm. Alarm disarmed= exterior cameras motion sensor off. Home and away modes = exterior cameras motion sensor ON. The problem is that when I arm away my alarm system and the exit delay starts the cameras motion turn on the instant the exit delay starts. Cameras motion detection should only turn ON when the alarm is really in away or home, Not in exit delay. This causes that every time I’m going out the house and while the system is in exit delay, (not really armed yet) me and all of my family get the person detected alert.

The solution, having the cameras linked to the modes of the ring alarm as I have, the cameras motion detection should only turn ON when away or home are really active. A Exit delay is not a mode, so the cameras should not turn on the instant the exit delay starts, instead they should turn on motion detection when the delay ends.

Hello @alexbll. This is the intended functionality when going into an Exit Delay with your Cameras Motion Detection . As we value our neighbors’ feedback, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your feature!
