Problem installing ring video dorbell 2

Hello. Who can help me? Im installing a ring video dorbell 2 in my existing cables of my old bell but when i conect the 2 cables to the ring and i turn on the power of the house, the bell sounds all the time .Thanks

Hi @user72470. Double check the wiring to ensure none of the wires are frayed or loose, and everything is properly installed. Also, is this a Video Doorbell 2 or a Video Doorbell Pro 2? They are two different Doorbells and the installation instructions vary slightly.
