Pro power kit not working

Question

I installed my Ring pro2 and everything works great except it wont make my mechanical chime ring when the button is pressed. But if I remove the pro power kit verything seems to work perfectly. Is the power kit bad or what?

Hi @Zack2001. What is the make and model of your chime kit? What do you have the Chime Type set as under Device Settings  In-home Chime Settings?

I have the same problem, I have the app set to mechanical chime, but no sound.
