All of a sudden our ring pro 2 wired doorbell is overly sensitive. There’s no rhyme or reason to when it goes off. What’s funny is it worked perfectly before the 30 free trial ended. We opted not to pay the extra monthly charge. A rep wanted us to turn on a function that was only available with the subscription. It worked perfectly prior to this. We were very happy with it. Now. We just ignore the alerts b/c we get 50 a day. Side note:it has been EXTREMELY hot here the last week. Our doorbell also has the sun directly beating on it several hours a day. Unsure if that’s why as it started around the time it got really warm outside
Hi @Katbee. Certain features that filter out unwanted notifications are only available with a Ring Protect Plan. I hope this clears things up for you.
