Pro 2 Not Working

My Ring Pro 2 has not been functioning properly lately. I have a strong internet connection. I have the Ring branded transformer. Everything was working fine for the last four plus months. I am now no longer getting alerts on my phone, my chimes are not working, and it is not recording or showing live video. Under device health it shows, transformer voltage poor and power output level 1 and network signal strength RSSI 60. Please help.

    Hi @user14090. First, try to power cycle your Ring Pro 2. You can do this by turning off your circuit breaker for 3 mins, then turning it back on. Once you've completed that, your Ring Pro 2 should reconnect.
