My Pro 2 doorbell was installed and working fine for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden it started tripping the breaker. How can I trouble shoot this?
Hi @user44277. I’d recommend reviewing the installation instructions to ensure your Doorbell Pro is properly installed. It’s also important for the Pro Power Kit to be installed correctly for sufficient power. Lastly, I’d suggest checking for any fraying or damaged wires in the doorbell circuit.
