Privacy zones

Trying to change privacy zones on my hardwired security camera, l had 2 zones on there but wanted to adjust them, l managed to remove them somehow but went to add them back and its saying l have the maximum zones and to delete one first…but there aren’t any on screen! The rubbish bin symbol is missing and i’ve no way of deleting something that isnt there. Ive tried turning the power off and on, rebooted, deleted the app and reinstalled. Any idea what to try next for someone who isn’t a tech head? :thinking:

Hi @Chelle68. Do you have access to a different smartphone or tablet? If so, try signing into your Ring account on there and adding the Privacy Zones that way. I’d also recommend making sure both the Ring app and your smartphone or tablet have their software fully updated.
