When I create a privacy Zone for the neighbours across the road it blacks out peoples faces when they are at my front door. Does any one have a solution. I am new to Ring
Hi @denilew. If using a Privacy Zone gets in the way of your Doorbell’s view to see who is at your door, then I would recommend not using it or adjusting the Privacy Zone. We also have this Help Center article here regarding Privacy Zones.
Your answer in effect makes the Ring doorbell useless to me and i will have to send it back. Can you not configure it so that a person in front of the privacy zone can be viewed as it would still block the view of that area of the privacy zone?
