bought a stick up cam from.home depot and it seems its been used before and wont let me set it up fue to another email. What can i do

For a quicker resolution, I would recommend going to Home Depot and returning the device, letting them know it was already once set up and unable for you to set it up. This can help them for future customers they may have as well if they are not ensuring this when a device is returned.
