I have brought a video doorbell from a previous owner, and can’t get in contact with them to release that doorbell from their ring account. Is there some way I can update this so I can use the doorbell please
Hi @1959. Our support team can help you out with this! Make sure you have a copy of your proof of purchase and the MAC ID from the device handy. Our support team will request a copy of this in order to relinquish ownership from the previous owner.
