My ring door bell quit working “app running in preview mode”. How do I get it back online?
Hey @laustin7! It seems like your app may not be functioning as it should. If possible, can you remove the Ring app, reboot your phone (turn it off/on), and then reinstall the Ring app? Once reinstalled, see if the app is functioning as it should, and for more information on where you’re stuck at, please attach a screenshot of this message you keep getting. Thank you!
