Hi my app doesn’t seem to be show live previews when I click on the notifications. Could I get some advice as to why this is happening please? I have tried going through the settings and I can’t seem to find the problem. I have checked my account to see if the payment has gone through or not but it’s not due yet. Confused please can you help? Thank you
