Pre Roll video not in focus

Hi, ever since I have installed my Video Doorbell 4, the image quality of the pre-roll is not very good. Only when it gets to the main video is the quality excellent and you can see people’s faces etc clearly. The problem is that by the time the video gets to that point, they have already reached the door/gone out of shot so I can’t see who the person is.
Is there a particular setting I need to enable to get the pre-roll footage the same quality as the normal footage?

Hi @Renegade_Nick. You cannot change the quality of the Pre-Roll; it is going to have low definition. This Help Center page will give you more information on the Pre Roll feature.
