Powered Stickup cam no live view low battery

Powered stickup cam will now no longer show live view as battery (not even fitted) is critically low … I see an outstanding problem… was this ever fixed ??
After initial thinking these were ok I cannot recommend anyone these and will update my Amazon reviews for Ring cams …

Hi @PH999. Have you done any troubleshooting steps yet? First, check the power cable and ensure it’s firmly plugged in and there are no dirt or debris on it. I would also recommend resetting the Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. If you’re still seeing this low battery message after these steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can troubleshoot this further with you. Same here, wired StickUp Cam, and low baterry warning, and can’t have LiveView, but motion works normaly… I have read hundreds of same complaints on this community, and you didn’t still solve this… Ring you have nice products, but please, listen your customers and fix this!!! Thanks in advance for reply or fix…

Same problem here camera has been working fine for a year now ir will not go to live view. However it does record and send notices. Please fix.

I am am having this problem live viwe disabled battery critically low its plugged in no battery installed and this is June 12 2022 and i see others in the past have had this problem I purchased 2 stick up cameras same time other has no issues

Same issue, recently had camera professionally installed. any recommendations.
