Power to Doorbell pro

trying to re-connect Doorbell Pro to network. As I go through the wizard, the ring on the doorbell shows no circling white display. But the Health report says there is power at the doorbell. I verified this with my voltmeter. Where do I go from here?

Hi @Noholn1. Try resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button in the Ring app for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, then attempt the setup process again. If the Doorbell Pro is not responsive, you’ll want to check the wiring and verify that the Pro Power Kit is properly installed.
