Power source showing as battery, wires in the terminals have been tested and receiving power. Any suggestions?
Here’s a checklist that I use myself when hardwiring battery-powered Video Doorbells.
The effectiveness of a charge applied can depend on usage and other factors. Cold weather, wifi signal interference, frequent events and frequent video streaming can cause the device to work harder, which can drain the battery. I hope this helps!
