Power light on static orange

Power light is staticly orange and dooesnt become green. No factory reset was atempted its the first time we turn on the base.

Hi @user31722. If your Alarm Base Station power light is stuck on orange and not turning green, try the following steps:

  • Check your Base Stations power cord to verify it has no damage, and also try plugging it into a different wall outlet.

  • Reboot your Base Station by Quickly pressing and releasing the reset button at the back of the device with a paper clip or similar tool. DO NOT PRESS AND HOLD THE RESET BUTTON DOWN LONGER THAN ONE SECOND TO AVOID FACTORY RESETTING THE DEVICE.
