Will the Ring Power Adpater work with the Ring Doorbell 2nd Generation??? I have it setup but does not appear to be charging the battery so maybe a setting that needs to be changed??
Hi @Jaruth! The Ring Plug-In Adapter is intended for use with the Video Doorbell Pro only. If it is not working to charge your Video Doorbell battery, we recommend looking into an 8 to 24 VAC standard power supply. I hope this helps!
