Poor Wifi connection with chime pro

I have a Doorbell 3 with a chime pro connected to it as well as 5 cameras. The doorbell is about 4 metres from the chime pro yet i still get constant “poor wifi” messages and , when i am work i get notifications of deliveries etc AFTER the person has left. Is there anything i can do to get decent wifi or should i look at a different brand set up?

Hi @user9840. Where is the router located in this setup? The Chime Pro is intended to be installed at about a halfway point between the Doorbell and your router so it can provide a stable and strong signal to the Doorbell. I’d suggest trying the Chime Pro Placement Test to find the optimal place to put your Chime Pro so it can provide your Doorbell with a strong signal.
