Poor Wi-Fi connection with booster

Hi. My ring doorbell says I have poor Wi-Fi connection. I have a booster in the room it backs onto and when I run a Wi-Fi speed test through the app right next to the doorbell it says my Wi-Fi is strong.
Any advice would be appreciated.
