So we’ve had our Ring for about a year and, while we love it, the potato quality video feed is beginning to become bothersome. This is especially so now that we’ve had a string of car breakins move into our neighborhood.
What can i do to fix this?
Hey @Deadspin. There’s a couple things to recommend for your situation. Since the sun seems to shine brightly onto the Doorbell, you may want to look into installing a Wedge Kit in order to angle the Doorbell more down and away from the sun. This will help improve the overall quality. Additionally, it looks like your Doorbell may just need a little pampering, so feel free to clean the lens with a microfiber cloth to also get rid of any dust and debris.
