Hi, iv got a ring stick up camera and iv had it about 3 month. At first it was great but for some reason the sound is so poor, it crackles and is broken and jumpy.
Hi @Sarahhinard. This could be due to a few different causes. You can find some troubleshooting steps for audio issues in our Help Center Article here. I’d suggest trying the steps listed in that article first to see if it helps out. If the audio is still poor after that, you can perform a reset and new setup to help get everything working properly. You can reset your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that’s done, set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if that does the trick for you.
