Poor connection

Hi i keep getting poor connection when viewing my door bell and also week wifi connection, when i go into device health the RSSI is in green showing RRSI-54. Has anybody else had this issue, am with virgin and my download speed is always around 350 and upload 36

Hey @Dennis1981 ! How far away is your doorbell to your router? Do you have it connected to a Chime Pro? Thanks!

Hi Jennifer the router is about 25ft away from the ring door bell, and yes i do have a ring chime connected but it is not the pro one.
