Poor audio/no Audio issues

I have the Ring Pro 2. When I first installed it everything was working fine but now 3 to 6 months later we have no outside audio. I use to be able to hear the birds, the wind and vehicles on the street and now nothing. If some one hears the doorbell I can hear myself talking through the live view but can’t hear anything the person is saying. Video still works great but just seems the microphone isn’t working anymore. I took it down to check the connection and all seems fine. I would assume the doorbell and video wouldn’t work if the wiring was loose.

Hi @MattC339. Good call on checking the wiring first! I would suggest resetting the Doorbell completely by holding down the setup button on it for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through the setup process in the Ring App again and then test out the two way audio in the Live View to see if it works. Typically a reset will correct things like this, so let me know how that works for you! :slight_smile:
