An incedent has happened up our street and the police would like footage from 16 September. Is there anyway i could scrub through a specific time period on a PC from over a week ago, it only appears to show the last 7 days
Good question, @Stuart45! As long as you have been actively subscribed to a Protect Plan and have not deleted any of your videos from this time, they should certainly be accessible. As you are on a computer, the best way to review this time frame will be to log in at Ring.com to view the history via web browser.
Once you are logged in at Ring.com, you will see a history tab available on your account. From the history page, on the left side, you will see a filters option. This will allow you to choose a date for viewing. I hope this helps!
